CDEng strives to ensure successful, long-term and sustainable development for customers and for ourselves. Therefore, we have developed company polies that every employee must follow. Travel Policy

Travels are included and expected in the consultant role. Therefore, our consultants do not mind travelling far distances to help our clients. To ensure and avoid high unexpected charges we normally don't charge our customers for travel time. The time it takes for our consultants to get to our customers site. This makes it profitable for our customers to hire our best consultants without worrying about any high travel cost even if the consultants are living far off.

Travel Policy (POL-0006 Travel Policy) contains recommendations and guidelines on how business trips are to be conducted for CDEng employees. For example, transport methods to be chosen, carpooling, etc.

Quality towards Customers

To ensure quality on deliveries, we aim to deliver the most appropriate consultant to our clients. It can be the most driven consultant, the most reliable, the specialist or the daily loyal line worker consultant.

We continuously develop our employees' knowledge and skills so that we can, in cooperation with you, produce the best possible technical solution from a quality perspective. Therefore, we do not charge for standard training required for our consultants to carry out the work of our customers.

Work Environment

CDEng strives to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, partners and others. We therefore works systematically to get an accurate picture of where action needs to be taken, to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.

Internet and IT Security

The IT Security Policy is primarily intended to protect CDEng and its customers from intrusion and unwanted disclosure of information. IT security is part of the organization's management and quality process that will help an IT system to be used properly, with the intended functionality and professionalism.
