Introduction

CDEng works continuously to ensure that your and third party's privacy is protected when using our services. CDEng has therefore established a policy for how your and third-party personal data is handled and protected. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to Cross Disciplinary engineers Stockholm AB, organization number 559100–0194 and all its subsidiaries (“CDEng”) and users (“Users”) of websites, platforms and tools provided by CDEng to match consultants with assignments and projects (the “Service”).

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to CDEng's handling of the personal data you share with CDEng about yourself or third parties. Consent is completely voluntary and applies until you, as a user, withdraw your consent or terminate your account.

Who is responsible for personal data?

You are the User who is responsible for the information you provide to CDEng. If you as a User provide information about third parties, you are responsible for these data and that consent from third parties has been given for the disclosure of these data. As a User, if you have provided personal information about a third party, you are responsible for ensuring that it has consented to CDEng's Privacy Policy and has been informed that they have the right to request a registry extract and request correction or deletion of information. CDEng reserves the right to inform the third person, if necessary or legal requirements, whose personal data you as a user have provided to CDEng, about CDEng's handling of their personal data.

  • To contact you, e.g. in order to inform about interesting assignments, or invite to consulting and assignment-related services and events
  • To find and match assignments for you or your consultants
  • To develop CDEng's matching process "Matched by CDEng"
  • Contracting for current assignments
  • Invoicing on current assignments
  • Time reporting on current assignments
  • Compile statistics
  • When requested support and service

CDEng saves your information as long as it is required to fulfill the above purposes, or as long as CDEng is required by law to do so. Then your information will be deleted.

Your rights

You have the right at any time, without charge once a year, to request a registry extract of the personal data that CDEng has saved about you. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. CDEng cannot delete your data if there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid debts. Who has access to your personal information?

Your information can be shared within CDEng. Within the framework of the Service, CDEng may disclose information to third parties or third countries, such as customers and partners, if this is necessary for the execution and provision of the Service, e.g. for invoice administration, technical support or external test companies.
